Coffee is the most weather-sensitive soft commodity — Brazilian frosts and droughts, Vietnamese robusta shortfalls and other origin events have historically triggered extreme moves; steady consumption growth, inventory cycles and producer-currency moves also matter. Hours follow the ICE US day-session calendar: Monday–Friday 04:15–13:30 ET same-day sessions; closed on weekends.
