US OTC

US Over-the-Counter Market

US over-the-counter (OTC) securities are not listed on NYSE or Nasdaq; quotes come from a dealer network (today mainly the OTC Markets Group tiers: OTCQX / OTCQB / Pink — the legacy OTCBB was shut down by FINRA in November 2021, and FINRA itself is a regulator, not an exchange). OTC quotes are real and follow the main U.S. session, but liquidity is typically thinner, spreads wider and disclosure uneven. This page collects US names whose primary listing is unconfirmed in the MT5 quoting scheme. Reference hours: Mon–Fri 9:30–16:00 ET — broker-dependent.
