End User License Agreement

1. Agreement Acceptance

By installing, running, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you use the App on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are duly authorized, and that the entity is also bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Provided you comply with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and run the App on operating systems supported by the App, for personal non-commercial use. The base license is bound to 1 device (see Section 7).

3. Service Description

• The App is a local desktop shortcut tool for market data and position management. It reads market data and open positions from your locally running MetaTrader 4/5 terminal and lets you act on your positions (for example, close them). All trading operations are submitted by the MetaTrader terminal to your own broker account. The App does not provide brokerage services, does not hold your funds, and does not provide investment advice.
• The market data stream is looped on your local computer and does not pass through the Developer's servers. Trade instructions are sent directly by the MetaTrader terminal to your broker, also without passing through the Developer's servers. The Developer does not own or access your market data, position data, or configuration data.
• MT4 mode requires installing and attaching a bridge component (CamoviaBridge EA) in your local MetaTrader 4 terminal. This component runs only within your local terminal and only performs actions you initiate in the App (such as reading quotes and positions, or closing positions). It does not transmit any market, position, or trading data to the Developer, and never executes any trade automatically.
• The App does not provide investment advice and does not constitute any offer or recommendation.

4. User Obligations

• You must comply with the laws of your region and the rules of your organization, and bear the consequences of using the App yourself.
• You must keep your license key and registration email safe; you bear any losses caused by disclosure, loss, or improper safekeeping.
• You must not use the App for any illegal, infringing, or third-party agreement-violating activities.

5. License Restrictions

Without the Developer's written permission, you must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code;
• Crack, bypass, or interfere with license validation, device binding, expiry checks, or anti-cheat mechanisms;
• Rent, lend, sell, redistribute, or commercially resell the App, or use the App to provide commercial services;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App;
• Remove, obscure, or alter the App's copyright, trademark, or other rights notices.

6. Payment, Trial, and Refunds

• Trial period: New users receive 2 days of free trial upon first activation, once per device and once per email.
• Referral reward: After entering a valid referrer code and successfully activating, the referrer receives 3 days of usage reward; each account can receive at most 3 rewards as a referrer (9 days total).
• Redemption codes: You can extend duration via redemption codes. Once used, a code cannot be refunded; refunds for unused codes follow the sales channel's policy.
• Microsoft Store in-app purchase: If you purchase via Microsoft Store, refunds follow Microsoft Store's refund policy, handled by Microsoft.
• Other payment channels: If purchased via another payment provider, refunds follow that provider's policy.

Trial periods and referral reward durations are provided free of charge, do not constitute paid consideration, and are not eligible for refunds.

7. Device Binding and Unbinding

• The App's base license is bound to 1 device. The license key is bound to the device of first activation.
• Before switching devices, please "deactivate" on the original device to release the device slot; if the original device is unavailable, you can unbind remotely via the email verification process (clear or selectively release bound devices).

8. Software Updates

• The App automatically checks for updates when online (at startup and during operation). Security patches and resource updates are applied automatically in the background; major updates to the main program are downloaded and take effect on your next launch or restart.
• All update content is verified by digital signature and only replaces the App's own signed files, without installing other software.
• If you obtained the App via Microsoft Store, updates are managed by the store mechanism.

9. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is," and the Developer makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Market data comes from your local terminal; the Developer is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.
• The App does not provide investment advice; you bear any investment decisions and resulting losses made based on market information, and the Developer is not liable.
• The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and is not liable for unavailability caused by network, third-party services, or your local terminal failures.
• Permanent compatibility with MetaTrader 4/5, the operating system, or third-party network services is not guaranteed. Changes to data sources, operating systems, or third-party services (including but not limited to major MetaTrader updates) may affect App functionality; the Developer will make reasonable efforts to adapt but does not guarantee permanent compatibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, regardless of the circumstances, the Developer's cumulative liability under the App or this Agreement is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App.
• In no event is the Developer liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply in those jurisdictions.

11. Trademarks, Data Sources, and Affiliation

• The App and Developer have no affiliation with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, or their developer MetaQuotes Software Corp., and are not authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by them.
• MT4, MT5, and MetaTrader are trademarks or registered trademarks of MetaQuotes Software Corp.
• The App only reads data from the user's legitimately installed local terminal and does not represent any partnership or agency relationship with the rights holders.
• The services of the broker terminal you connect to are governed by the agreement between you and that broker, and are unrelated to the App.
• The copyright of the MetaTrader5 Python package built into the App belongs to MetaQuotes Software Corp. and is used under its license.
• The App's data sources are selected and configured by the user (including but not limited to MetaTrader 4/5 and other market terminals or data services the App supports calling). The App and Developer have no affiliation with any company, product, or service related to data sources, and are not authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by them. The services of the data sources you connect to are governed by the agreement between you and the corresponding service provider, and are unrelated to the App.

12. Intellectual Property

• The copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights of the App belong to the Developer or its rights holders.
• Except for the license expressly granted in this Agreement, no intellectual property rights are granted to you.
• The configuration and data stored locally in the App belong to you.

13. Termination and Service Discontinuation

• You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time to terminate this Agreement.
• If you violate this Agreement, the Developer may suspend or terminate your license at any time; you must then stop using and uninstall the App.
• Upon termination, the terms that should remain in effect by their nature (such as disclaimer, limitation of liability, intellectual property, and trademark notices) continue to be effective.
• The Developer reserves the right to discontinue cloud services or technical support. If discontinued, at least 30 days' advance notice will be given on the website and within the App, and a final version that can be activated offline will be released, allowing paid users to continue using the App without cloud verification.

14. Age Requirements

You must reach the age of full civil capacity in your region, or use the App with a guardian's consent. The App is not directed at children under 13.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• The formation, validity, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict of law rules).
• Disputes arising from this Agreement or the App should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction at the Developer's location.
• For matters involving personal information and privacy, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction in accordance with local law.

16. Severability

If any term of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the remaining terms, and the parties shall negotiate in good faith to replace it.

17. Agreement Changes

• We may update this Agreement from time to time; updates will be published on this website with an effective date, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updates.
• For material changes involving how your data is processed or your paid rights, we will notify you in advance; if you disagree, you should stop using the App.
