Inclusion Criteria

What gets listed, how it is verified, and what is never listed — all in the open. Every inclusion decision follows the checklist below and carries a manual-verification date.

Source tiers

  • Green tier · listed now: public open-source repositories on GitHub and similar hosts — complete license files and traceable history.
  • Yellow tier · not yet: community code bases such as MQL5 Code Base — trustworthy origin but inconsistent licensing; will open once per-item verification is in place.
  • Red tier · never: any decompiled output, cracked marketplace products, or unlicensed .ex binaries.

License verification

  • We check each repository LICENSE file against the GitHub License API; mismatches disqualify the entry.
  • Only standard licenses (MIT / Apache-2.0 / GPL-3.0, etc.) are accepted; "All rights reserved" code is not listed.
  • GPL-family projects get an on-page notice linking the official GNU text, and every archive ships the full GPL text.

Manual review

  • Each entry is reviewed by a human before listing: source structure matches the repo description, with no suspicious external calls or obfuscated code.
  • Pages show a "manually verified" date; significant upstream changes trigger re-review and a new snapshot.
  • Versions are always source-snapshot dates — we never invent upstream version numbers.

Integrity & privacy promise

  • Every zip is packed straight from the original sources with zero code changes; LICENSE and provenance notes are inside.
  • Each file ships a SHA-256 checksum you can compare before installing.
  • Downloads are plain static links: no click tracking, no IP logging — consistent site-wide, with only aggregate Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Explicitly excluded

  • Projects promising returns, trade calls, or managed accounts.
  • Tools requiring online activation, account binding, or closed-source dongles.
  • Code with unclear licensing, untraceable origin, or redistribution forbidden by the author.
